The confirmation voucher will be released via email in less than 24 hours after customers making deposit. Within 30 to 60 days prior to check in:
Cancellation fee of 20% of total value deposited per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as: hotels, flight or cruises… in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.
Within 15 to 29 days prior to check in:
Cancellation fee of 50% of total value deposited per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as: hotels, flight or cruises… in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.
Within 8 to 14 days prior to check in:
Cancellation fee of 70% of total value deposited per group/booking plus the cancellation fees applied by the concerned service suppliers, such as: hotels, flight or cruises… in accordance with their cancellation policies if any.
Within 7 days prior to check in or no notice or no show up: 100% charge of total value deposited
